1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of orionmagazine.co.uk. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may read, print and share our content for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from the Site
  • Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, including for training commercial models, without permission
  • Use the Site in any way that damages it, impairs its availability, or interferes with another user’s access

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content, layout, design and graphics on this Site are owned by or licensed to RoofingWala and are protected by copyright. Trademarks, product names and manufacturer marks referenced in our guides belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only.

You may quote short extracts for review, comment or news reporting provided you attribute RoofingWala and link to the original article.

4. Comments and reader submissions

Where comments are enabled, you are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, or infringing on someone else’s rights, and do not post commercial solicitations. We may edit, refuse or remove any submission at our discretion, and removing or keeping a comment does not imply we endorse it.

By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content on the Site.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofingWala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the Site — whether based in contract, tort, negligence or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoofingWala and its contributors from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

8. Third-party content and advertising

The Site displays third-party advertising and links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services, and any dealings you have with an advertiser or linked site are solely between you and that party.

9. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continuing to use the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country or state of residence.
