We read everything that arrives. We aim to reply to genuine reader questions within two to three business days.

What we can help with

• Corrections. If a figure, code reference or material spec in one of our guides is wrong or out of date, tell us and point to the article. Verified corrections get made and noted.
• Coverage requests. A roofing question we have not answered yet? Suggest it. Reader questions drive a large share of what we publish.
• Press and research. Journalists and researchers citing our cost data are welcome to get in touch for context.
• Advertising. Enquiries about advertising on RoofingWala can be sent to the same address with “Advertising” in the subject line.

What we cannot help with

Please do not email us asking us to diagnose your roof, price your specific job, review a contract, or intervene in an insurance claim. We are a publication, not a roofing company or a licensed advisor, and giving individual technical or legal guidance on a roof we have never seen would be irresponsible.

If you have an active leak or suspected structural damage, contact a licensed roofing contractor in your state. If water is entering the property, treat it as urgent.

Privacy

Anything you send us is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share reader correspondence, and we do not add people who email us to a marketing list.
